hmm, I do wake up at around 6-7am. The night I tried the vape I woke up at 4:45am for work. As for overdoing it, I'm pretty sure that could be it, since I just started vaping, still new to it. "red flags" - Got it, makes sense. I shall try taking it easier, will test tonight ;) Thanks...

If i don't vape the day before, I wake up normally the day after. as for strains, tried about 3 or 4 types with the vape, same negative effects in the morning. I also just got over the flu about 4 days ago, so iono if that could be part of the problem.

That could be the reason, but why would i get the reaction the next day? When I vape, i feel great, but the next day in the morning is when i get the bad effects. I hope it's not an allergy, that would suck :(
