Like with most products it depends on whether the manufacturer/ your source is trustworthy. It's just about being careful who you buy from Are you personally 100% sure your ti tips are grade 2 titanium? Unless you test it yourself how could you really know? Not to say DV isn't using grade 2...

I use screens I punched instead of ccd's. I use the 8mm leather hole punch from this set https://www.amazon.com/IRISFLY-10pcs-Leather-Hollow-Gasket/dp/B01L9CTMWE/ I have a bunch of screens for my EQ I think I got from a DDave set. I use the punch and a mallet on a block of wood. Easy peasy.

I used to put two clean screens and a little hemp in every other day and toss the dirty ones into a small container of iso then wipe with a qtip. Now I make my own screens with a leather hole punch. It's a finer mesh so nothing gets through and the airflow is way better than the hemp sandwich...
