Also looking for an answer to the eBay question... what firmware did yours come at? Mine was 2.10 from eBay and is ~50hrs still kicking. Is the main problem the thermal fuse? Can us eBay guys just replace that fuse after cracking open the housing?

US user here... what's the likelyhood of my Crafty surviving? Bought it on eBay about a month ago... arrived with only 1 hour of use and is showing v2.10 firmware. Also, if I do end up needing service... opinions on how they will handle the eBay sale? Thanks! Great unit..
