I don't have a square in my hands yet. But all of my convection vapes, I start out with a slow sip like draw just to pull the heat into the chamber, then speed the draw up as the herb gets hotter.

In that situation hopper labs is supposed to add the new hopper to your account. Nothing to do with you. And they DO charge the fee to transfer the warranty to a new owner of a pre owned hopper. At least that was the case when I inquired a few months ago.

A warranty dose not mean jack $%^& when it takes 6+ months for a repair. @deadlytoaster I really wish I listened to everyone else who told me not to buy a grasshopper. And that's what I would recommend to you to do. Use your money on a vape you know is going to start up when you want to use it.
