FWIW this happens when you use AVLP capsules in the Venty as well. It's always easiest if you pop the capsules out right away (and if you keep the rim of the bowl pretty clean so there's no buildup to stick to).

Mine also broke pretty quickly. I switched to the vaphit case from VGoodiEZ. Plant of room for extras. Has anyone found a Venty jacket (kept on while using) available in the US? Haven't dropped mine, but I'd rather be cautious.
