I have HI plugged into a smart plug and set up an Alexa routine to turn off at midnight in case I forget to turn it off when I go to bed. I don't feel the need to have it turn on at a set time since initial heatup time is pretty quick.
I mostly do single hits with just enough material to cover...
Probably already been mentioned here, but this N3RD Glass 14mm piece (link) provides surprisingly good cooling, I'm guessing because of the 90-degree angles and moderate restriction:
Ok, this finally pushed me over the edge to pick up a ZX. I was trying to hold out until the wireless ZX happens (which I'm still on board for when it's ready!), but I didn't want to risk missing out for who knows how long it'll take to get this tariff nonsense sorted. Thanks for the nudge!
Mine also broke pretty quickly. I switched to the vaphit case from VGoodiEZ. Plant of room for extras.
Has anyone found a Venty jacket (kept on while using) available in the US? Haven't dropped mine, but I'd rather be cautious.
IDK how helpful this is since I've never used the full unit, but I find that the engine + adapter on a Ti MVS works great. Plenty of cooling and only a little heat transfer to the part of the stem closest to the bowl.
I'll echo some of the clamor for a wireless version of the ZX (ZXW?), recognizing that it's likely more complicated than just slapping a wireless handle on a ZX heater and putting a 16mm coil on a clamp.
I find that the mouthpiece gets a little warm, and I prefer to use the Simrell or VGoodiEZ 8mm adapter with a wooden MVS stem and mouthpiece. If you add the spinning components, you can also hit it one-handed while fluttering the carb by twisting the Venty slightly to get some fresh air in the...
Justifying this as my 'CBD on the way to & from the gym' vape. Really I'm a sucker for the insanely good deal, and I really like the dosing caps (I already use them in my Venty if I'm hitting it solo).
