I'm happy to report that as of Yesterday I received a replacement unit and it's working great.
The communication process was horrible, but at least now I have a functional unit.
All good now, replacement received yesterday. I'd suggest who ever is monitoring the warranty email account check...
So I sent off my unit last week. They are only about 50 miles from where I live so they have it. I haven't heard anything back from them yet. Just emailed to see if the company responds. Hope I'm not out my money and can try vaporizing soon.
