I don't know how many here have had to use their warranty, but I did for the first time last week. The seal between the oven and the bottom of the unit started working it's way out, so I contacted ploom through the chat on their website. I was informed that it was not a user serviceable problem...
Can anyone tell me why my screen won't stay in? I cleaned my Pax for the first time and now it doesn't want to stay without product in the oven. It popped out quite easily without applying much force to the pipe cleaner, so I wouldn't think I bent it??? I am sorry to ask a question I am sure has...
