Yeah I did notice my mouthpiece looks different than yours and I did call and ask them about the piece and that's where they said it goes. It seems to work fine

Well good to know that at least. I actually called 7th floor to ask em about it and they told me to indeed put my mystery metal piece ontop of the spring to hold it in place. They also said the spring can be removed as well though this would be better for herbs.

So you can still do waxes without that spring at all?

Does your spring stay in place vitolo? I put this piece below the rubber piece on top of the spring. Otherwise the spring will go up into the connecting chamber when tipped mouth piece down

That's what I thought about the ceramic screen. It just listed it in the owner manual. Also I'm pretty sure the piece im concerned about just sits below the rubber mouthpiece to hold the spring down.

Hello I am a vape pen newb and I have the vip1 on the way. I noticed that it only comes with a usb cord to charge. So I assume it will charge hooked up to my computer. Is it ok to plug that into a ac adapter for a phone? Or would you suggest I order the adaptor from the 7th floor website. I am...
