I had it plugged in for maybe an hour to charge it then unplugged to use. wall outlet, stock usb cable. that's when I notified it wouldn't turn on. I didn't notice any electrical issues with the house. that's odd that the fail safe would kick in when I'm using it like anyone would

my bowle isn't turning on. when plugged in, the blue lights turn on and show it's nearly fully charged (4 of 5 blue lights). unplugging and pressing both buttons 5 times like the reset instructions does nothing. how do I fix this? why did it happen?

I boil some water in kettle, hold the stem with tongs, and pour the boiling water into the stem. gets it like 90% clean and only takes a minute. good enough for me, no need to fuss with iso and salt and bags.

I borrowed a friend's firewood 4 and it has a flavor that seems to come from the wood or wood treatment (linseed oil, beeswax?). I've also come across some reviews that mention the woody flavor. is this anything to be concerned about, from presumably off gassing of the wood, treatment, or wood...

Is it possible to pull out the glass stem while it's hot & pack a new bowl without burning your fingers? I like to puff on several bowls in a row and dont want to carry multiple stems.
