High speed MVA in dec2004 shattering my spine with shards severing my spinal cord

is a struggle to move, and 'contact' from my brain 
to tell my body to move is failing.. . .

in my brain I'm telling them to move and wiggle my toes . . . Yet all that 'gets thru' is the odd toe twitch .. . . . #YaY life
