I'm 56-years-old and have only been regularly vaping for medical reasons for 3-years. I am strongly opposed to marijuana legalization in the U.S... I support decriminalization of growing, production, sales, and use. Whenever the Government in the US whether local, state, or federal gets involved in licensing, regulation, and taxation of anything it makes it impossible for many to afford to be in the business legally or purchase the product. As a result just like farming and ranching the industry gets taken over by giant Corps who poison us with chemicals and monopolize the industry.

During September 2019 California State Treasurer Fiona Mah admitted that underground sales are thriving in California because cannabis is unaffordable to many who need it most for medical reasons. Personally I hope the underground only grows stronger.
