Was in the mood to cook something good today. Made some creamy cajun chicken pasta that turned out really good, with a chopped salad. There were no leftovers 🤣

The Pitt I'm not usually one for medical dramas, but this one is binge-worthy. The season is 15 episodes, and each episode is one hour of a 15 hour shift on one day in this ER. Very fast, non-stop, and I got hooked quick.

I have one of those cheap propane torches, and I don't think it's nearly as loud as any of my butane torches, Big-Shot included. You can also get an electric heating coil that wraps around the heater, and keep it at a constant set temp silently while you are using it.

Not happy at all. Just a bit terrified.

Wish I could have ordered one of these, but the money wasn't there. However, I do have a Nomad I (1st gen), as well as a Toad, so that keeps me happy :smug:
