Sorry for leaving that out. I leave the cup for a couple minutes on my table between swab and dunk. The heat seems to spread out and dissipate quickly, because within maybe 90 seconds it's just warm and okay to dunk.

My method is using a Q-Tip to pull the cup out - stick one end in the far end of the cup and the Q-Tip is a little lever to lift it out. I do this right away because any little residue in the cup makes lifting it easier. The top glass part of the cup is easily cool enough to then grab, give it...
