Oh yeah the Lift looks quite interesting but I just wasn't convinced that you could hand turn blades like that consistently enough to provide a good grinding experience and from what I've read it's very hit or miss. Looks like the flower mill is the way to go right now

Gotcha, I'm thinking that too, especially since there hasn't really been a grinder like the Mill before, but since they're expensive I'm definitely trying to choose just one that I'll be happy with.
