I have the same expectations of others that I give to my customers personally. My biggest complaint is not sending an e mail notifying of the delays with a realistic timeframe or at least updates as new delays come up. Additionally I would expect when I e mail a company that they can get back...

There is never an excuse to not comunicate with your customers. Period.

I'm starting to think the same, which is very disappointing. USPS says "Your package is on its way to a USPS facility. Sign up to get updates, and we'll send you a delivery date and time when available" for me. I also have the " Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending" note on there...

Oh yeah I had seen that, so I understand the tracking number. That is why I said I would also like to know if anyone had recieved theirs on the west coast. I know in theory it should still tell me if it was delivered, but certainly I have seen that system fail and since I cant see an estimated...
