So if I have a 5 yr old Ascent that has broken, I can buy the $60 warranty and send my Ascent in to have fixed? All the led's still come on but the oven doesn't heat up.

Using the water tool adaptor for a mouthpiece is like night and day compared to the telescoping mouthpiece. I'd advise everyone to look into them,

I Agee, you'll have much better results using a 14mm water tool adaptor for a mouthpiece.

You can easily clean your glass flowers in iso. Takes about 1 min.

What about having a jagged edge on the bottom of the mouthpiece where it sticks? That would give it much less surface area to get stuck. Something like this maybe- ^^^. What do you think Haze?
