^ Well put. I generally always load at least a little more than halfway full, and will usually stir/crush just once about half way through.
I have also noticed that with the smaller bowls (less than half full), the stir really doesn't make much difference and is not really necessary.
All I'm saying is: The 1 year warranty has been asked about many, many, many times (including by _myself_, long ago). And I did push the issue at the time.
The point is: the warranty is what it is currently - due to business needs mostly I would say. You're either cool with that or your not...
Dude. Wasn't the warranty issue beaten to death already in the previous thread? Why are we going through this discussion again? (just saying)
^Word.
I believe that VXL is going to do any and everything in their power to make things right by their customers. If some serious situation arises...
And the acquisition syndrome continues. I love the new Mobius SO much with the Cloud that now I want to get another piece... thinking a SYN inverted shower cap, or some sort of gridded inline. :brow:
I'm more about function than form. It can be cute as all hell, but I don't want to have to use an adapter to use the cloud with it. That's just me though. I know there are plenty out there using different adapters for various pieces. If I'm going to buy something new though, specifically for...
Made a little drive yesterday and picked myself up a Mobius Micro Matrix. It works awesome with the Cloud. Will post up some pics soon...
Agreed with a little while back about the new Mobius pieces released yesterday - Worthless. What's up with all the male joint pieces? Goo is fun, but not...
I wonder just how many of us are out there lurking around for new glass pieces now. I've got a serious case of acquisition syndrome going on. Been trying to find a matrix piece all week. Hard to come by right now, at least where I am.
The wine cork seems like a pretty good idea. I had been thinking about this, but don't have any laying around. Guess I'm going to have to go buy a bottle of cheap wine, or open a bottle of the good stuff, and try this out.
Don't think that a glass plug would work too well here. Needs to go into the bottom of the HT and stay in there even with the HT upright (and this joint pointing down). Rubber seems like it would be easier to push in and wedge securely into place.
I was thinking something like this, but that I...
One thing I have noticed, and maybe this is just perception but, when the HT does start to get dirty it seems to affect vapor performance a little bit.
Seems like after about 2 days worth of use the HT has a slight fog to it and some built up noticeable light brown residue collected at the...
I've found that one stir/crush halfway through the bowl seems to introduce new surface area to the heat and gives you a little extra shot of the super thick, tasty vapor - similar to what you get from the first couple hits on a bowl.
Oh, and halfway through for me is about about 3 - 5 hits...
Hey there, fellow San Diegan! So... how did your delivery go - did it get there in time for the weekend? It was definitely a very cloudy weekend here where I am. Hope that it was there for you too. Nice to know that someone else nearby has one, or will soon.
You can add me to that list as well.
OUCH!! Those pictures hurt like watching someone get kicked in the balls. We're so sorry for your loss! Let's make that: no blowing, coughing, OR LAUGHING into HTs. I know I saw my DBV get all smokey many times from people laughing while they were taking a...
