Yes they did that with mine too. In fact they haven't even told me what to do with messed up one, just asked me to scratch the support ticket number on the front and back of it.

Hopefully it comes quick, once they sent mine it was 2 days to me I believe.

I can't get mine to unlock most the time. They should have no problem replicating the issue.

Anyone had issues with the left/right buttons? Mine aren't reacting most the time. Kinda pissing me off, I've had it week and half maybe I believe.

Maybe I'll crank mine to 205 later see if same thing happens. I usually start at 165, end with 185 maybe 190 on occasion.

I'm not really picky. One that just pop in like the stem would be bang if the threat of accidental water damage to vape is minimal. A bong and rocking it inverted works too. Just not looking to spend an insane amount 🤷🏽
