The Pinnacle Pro is garbage and so is the company. Vaporblunt may very well have the worst customer service possible. It's honestly like they try to be complete garbage. Anyway, here's my story. So I get a Pinnacle Pro. Two days later the damn thing doesn't work (great quality control huh?)...
