In addition to that - if you don't twist the cap all the way & you don't spin it while heating the "fusing" should never happen. Almost every single time that i've tried to somehow spin it/rotate it i had to use a tool to separate the cap from the tip.

Agreed 100%! The new Ti Tip design makes the spirals from the SS tip seem unnecessary as BFG changed not only the material but the design as well... I'm curious to know why?

Here's my 2 cents opinion reg. torch preference. As much as this vape is torch versatile many users here suggested(me as well) best to use is a beefier single flame one! After many tries with single, double, triple flamed ones i actually get best results with a big single flame creme brulee...
