I tried hitting my Extreme Q after mine broke and couldn't get any solid results. Not sure how the Cloud trained me not to be able to get results from an elbow pack.
So was this a repair? IS the turn around time really that bad? I just sent mine in for repair and it's only been a few days and I already miss mine. To think I'm going to tar up my lungs for a month or more is a tough thought to swallow.
It's actually http://support.vapexhale.com, no www in front. It's a little scary that trying it via https gives a SSL error though.
I'd still love to know if I'm supposed to get an automated response to opening a ticket. It'd be nice to know they at least received my support request.
24 hours without my cloud and I'm starting to jones. For some strange reason I can't get any results from my backup Q, it's like I'm hitting nothing. The last of smoke is sickening.
signed...desperately lost without a cloud
Edit: Also was I supposed to get an automated email response to...
Hmm...that makes me very sad. I imagine the price will be pretty steep, especially if you were one of the lucky people that got in during the pre-order.
So I finally get around to ordering a set of ez-load bowls and damn am I unimpressed that the cheapest I can get 4 bowls shipped for is $6.30. That works out to over $6.50 a bowl for replacement bowls to replace bowls that never fit correctly to begin with. Guess I'll go back to superglueing...
Have the EZ Load bowls been reworked so that they do not fit so snug? All the bowls I have, including the 4 extra ones I ordered, have come apart. Mostly the tops ripped right off since the bowls fit so snug. A few have split at the vertical seem. I'm pretty disappointed, especially since...
I've been using the whip from my Q with a cyclone bowl (with the screen removed) to feed my small beaker. I like it better than my Q. I can now get the same thick vapor at a near noon temp that I was getting running the Q at a high temp. The drag into the beaker through the whip is much less...
I'm trying to determine two things. First, I'm trying to determine if my cloud is working properly. Secondly, I'm trying to determine if the enclosure gets Y hot in X amount of time regardless of the heat setting.
I did see your posting earlier and just went back to re-read them. I missed...
Can someone with an IR thermo test something for me? Turn Cloud to 9pm, turn on, wait 20 mins, and take a reading on the side halfway between the top screws and the top of the enclosure. I'm wondering if the temp is higher than what you see when tested at noon versus 9pm. My unit's enclosure...
