Email out from Marc this morning to address early unit issues with the FATX:

IMO, FW7 was/is the most pocketable. No extended stem, clear body from all sides, no protruding plugs.

Remove some of the charge from the battery and try it again. Marc says in the manual that overcharged batteries in an external charger...

I tried that and used a battery that I charged in the FATX to level 3 on the battery buzz indicator but with the same result :(
