So with the final version of the tempest when it releases users wont have to fiddle with the visual indicator or discs right? or when i clean the cap with the balls do i have to disassemble the visual indicator and disc to clean? Those parts look small but also delicate I don't want to have to...
i can picture it in my head what ya mean it makes total sense since the screen goes further into the threads basically like you are saying locking it in place if I'm correct? so will the number of balls be adjusted for final release or will i have to remove a ball or two. I don't mind rattling...
appreciate this! thinner screens will be easier to bend/dent a thicker ball screen will ensure it screws into place and stays securely since a thicker screen cant be bent/damaged as easily.
edit: @Brenyo so how much thicker will the new screens be?
great to hear about the parts. @Brenyo I bet others would agree about the thicker ball screen and say that's a better idea.
With it being thicker its less likely to pop out of the threads where the screen screws in. I don't have a tempest currently but can totally see when bong users(me) go to...
i bet tempest reclaim is way better than my dynavap reclaim but i do the same principle. I always get high thc % and also high terp % weed it leaves a very sappy like reclaim that builds up on my revolve gen 2 that's my main feature to the revolve is being able to disassemble and clean or in my...
love the idea! sorry to bring a negative question but since its 3d printed the iso doesn't deteriorate the case? I'm very unfamiliar with all the 3d printing materials so to see one with hold iso sounds impressive!!
so the downstem is removeable? it looks like it haha. I want a globe type bong where i can add a whip(remove the mouthpiece) but also remove the downstem so when I do clean the downstem doesn't break from the iso sloshing around
So @Brenyo with both screens do you like screw in one at a time or both together? I'm visualizing in my head its probably easier to set one screen at a time right? also if this does hold in the screen a lot better glad you and the other forum members were able to come up with this solution...
my paranoid but would make sure each time i unscrew the bowl from the cap to load or unload id check/tighten the ball screen haha. I can already picture the fear in peoples eyes as those hot balls come flying out oof.
edit:
picturing it in my head i wonder if the slight movement from the balls...
so the ball screen it like twists in? like is there threads where the ball screen sits? or is it like a machined groove you push the screen to? also if it is like a threaded design once you twist the screen into place does it stay in position or fall out easily? very sorry for the noob questions
