Just opened the S&B crafty app to check - and the error I get for Red/Blue is "Temperature too low" - but my crafty is quite warm - anyone had this issue also?

My red/blue issue got so bad - I do not even get one session anymore :-( I issued with S&B and got a RMA accepted but there is no UPS slip this time. Kinda weird - in the RMA description I was writing that I might be over the Warranty time of 2 Years - but as the last device lasted less than 2...

the 3rd one is at 65h now - the others failed >100 with red/orange - never had the red/blue before ..

I really hope there will be no charge - also not sure if I would pay it if there is one .. Less than 2 months working is really bad and the performance of the 3rd was also really bad (most of the time only 2 sessions ..)

Yea - also thought so. Trying a new RMA - hope it works out despite the fact I am over the 2 years now .. But the last (3rd) crafty was only lasting <2 months :-(

Anyone had the issue of the crafty very often going into akku temperature (red/blue) error? My 3rd crafty is recently doing this really often recently - very annoying :-(

Just got my crafty back from RMA with firmware v2.51 - really love the new feature of the light vibration sequence before the auto-shutdown. And great service again ( for the 3rd time now ) I was asking for RMA exactly 2 years after I bought it. My problem was "vibration sometimes does not work"...

Has anyone tried to RMA the device for the vibrator not working always?

Anyone experienced the following problem?: I have the feeling that my crafty does not reach the full temp anymore. Everything is nice with low temp but when I want the full 210° I do not get the same amount of puffs anymore and the product does not look as toasted as before. The app still shows...

Anyone has a good idea on how to mark capsules? I have some normal ones for a whole filling and some that are halved with a contraption of fragments from the liquid-pad and a sceen. Would love to see or feel on a first glance which is which. But I am afraid to paint them as I fear unhealthy...

Not really - the blinking changed a bit - when I plug it in to the charger it is blinking red once before blinking blue. Was a shocker first - thought I got a faulty device. PS: I emailed with S&B about what happens after warranty. If your crafty is dead you can trade it in for 175€ > we cannot...
