Well, I finally received a new FF2+. The draw is amazing, as it is new and clean. I went ahead and bought it although it is stated on the website no returns or support.
Problem though. It seems to heat up really fast no matter what I put the heat at, or the calibration. Sometimes it works...
How do you keep your batteries healthy. I've been rotating my three but haven't been religious about it. One of the three came apart when I took it out of the vape so I'm reluctant to put that on the charger. I often leave my FF2+ on the charger for days; even weeks. Is it bad to do this in...
I've got three batteries. One of them is falling apart - at least it looks that way. Just the outer cover falls off revealing the inside of the battery. Probably still usable but I use the other two. When I did the upgrade to FF2+ I was having issues with the batteries. Firefly cust service...
Yeah, I appreciate the reply. Probably good advice to get something else. But I've been looking at what's available for @ the same price and none of them except maybe $250 - $300 vapes seem to have the versatility and on demand action that was achieved by the FF2+. But it's like the only one...
how far back on this thread should I look? Seriously, I don't want to take time to read all the recommendations.
I still have a FF2 revamped to a plus. Still have two good batteries, a new mouthpiece, and I've learned how to use it. It still looks more Portable and available for...
My FF2 that was upgraded to a FF2+ with the mail in offer a few years ago; It has developed a crack in the vapor path to goes across from side to side with a chip out of the part right next to the bowl. I'd like to know if it's safe to use that way. I tried to call firefly and there is now no...
The liquid vape health issues kinda disappeared as of the present didn't they? Liability issues? I don't know, but wasn't that mainly a problem with vape cartridges. Some people, young people, died as I recall.
CR250M - I'm glad you mentioned the multi-strand wire. I took my FF apart for about the 5th time in the last few days so I had the screen out. I found some stranded wire but the smallish strands I had didn't seem stiff enough.
I thought: you know what this reminds me of... the wire brush...
Thanks for the answer. I saw one post on here where he/she said they used diabetic needle pen. It looks like the smallest one available is about 32 gauge. Do you know if that is small enough to go through the holes. I know you said it was long ago you did this
I believe I ruined my FF2+. It's way out of warranty and besides, I opened it up to clean it. I've used about three different concentrates in it, with the pads. I think I loaded up the pad too much. A lot of brown stuff got in around or through the screen. Looks like it got on the coil and...
What type of concentrate do you find that works well with a FF2+ that doesn't make a big mess in the vape? The stuff that melts like hash (turns to liquid and gets down inside) does not work well imo. Live Rosin seems the best that I've tried but it's expensive.
I don't want to be a downer. I'd just like to ask. I don't know where else to ask this. I know if I go on web md or something the answer may be biased as well as it is here. But here goes.
The way some shatter, that kind of sticky concentrate sticks to surfaces... think what that is doing...
By "bubble hash" are you referring to Rosin. I was looking at how concentrates are made and I decided to try some rosin. It got very liquid on the pad but I got good hits. But after using a few bowls of it - I was getting bubbling & sizzling - my screen seems to be hopelessly clogged now...
I've have also been trying to avoid putting smaller pieces in the bowl. Seems like it would be hard to get the inside of the nug to vaporize. Isn't there a lot of waste if one doesn't break them up a bit to finish with them?
