Got a return phone call within minutes from Davinci/Organicix telling me to return the unit along with order # and they will wave any sort of restocking fee. Refund forthcoming asap no problems, no worries, with apologies. Sounds fair to me.

Yes, packing tight. I tried at 392, 400, 410, 430. No noticeable difference other than cooked, wasted herb. Thin vapor would be a generous description. No vapor would be more accurate.

Well.........I waited a day after receiving the unit and several attempts to use it.......you have got to be kidding me. Thick vapor? This is like inhaling warm air with the "new" unit taste. I'm wasting good herb here. I'm done with this fiasco. This is so frustrating I feel like going back to...
