The narrow part of the perc should just fit over the upside down mouthpiece. It's a loose fit but didn't leak smoke. But I also have the real pinnacle pro perc.

I would go with the alfa, the mflb water whip, the pinnacle pro portable perc from dhgate (sunshinestore) and use the alfa on medium and low settings. If you want a bubbler for home use, get the d020-d bubbler from dhgate and sunshine store too (ask them to throw in a free 18mm to 14mm...

I had the same issue but mine was from the first batch. How old is yours? Maybe a first gen. It took goboof a few days to reply to me but it's under warranty so they will fix or replace it.

Grasshopper looks good but they are having some tech issues plus it consumes the bud very quickly.

I would let it charge for about 5 hours before using it for the first time. Also, to use it while charging, I think it needs to be about 25 percent charged first.
