I haven't had vivid dreams in years, then I started taking Alpha Brain from Onnit. Wowzers. I also read that if you want to have more vivid dreams, that you should set your alarm for 2 hours before you want to get up, wake up, then fall back to sleep. Causes you to have pretty wild dreams.
