Ok, that makes sense to me....The starry runs a little(lot) hot and the miqro runs a little cool. I feel like the Legacy Pro runs a little hot as well, but that's just a feeling.

I bought it off ebay with a whole bundle...2 lids, 2 battery covers, a case, and an extra battery with an external charger... I've used both lids, its definitely not a lid issue. Unless I'm super unlucky and have two bad lids. There isn't enough air passing through the device to make a sound...
