I have bought an Indica Vaporizer BLACK, 3 months ago. Today, my Indica is not heating anymore. Everything with the LED seems ok, but in BLUE, GREEN , CYAN, or RED, my Indica is not producing heat anymore. .... So please could you help me.....Thanks for your help !

Hello, I came across this forum after buying my new Indica yesterday. I wanted to send a note over because I've noticed the humming sound when my unit is on.What's the best way to proceed with getting the humming fixed or unit replaced? I've really been impressed with your interaction on this forum, and great customer service and follow up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I sent an email to sales@indica2.com about 5 days ago and haven't heard back. Perhaps This was the wrong email to enquire about this? I was part of the first massdrop for the product. My Indica vape has stopped heating up as of a week ago. Can anything be done? : / I've read something about replacement units being sent out?

Hello! I'm very interested in purchasing your current product. Will there definitely be some sort of battery replacement program for the current product, or replacement batteries? If so, when would they be available? I am afraid to purchase this vaporizer before I know this.
