3 weeks after it said shipped?

I ordered a tubo (didn’t realize I shipped with no tracking number) and it states it shipped on the 14th. I haven’t received it yet( Los Angeles ) but I see people receiving there’s. Should I be worried? I contacted the manufacturer with no luck.
