I only use some hemp fiber at the bottom of the capsule, then press down the hash with the tool, I've tried so far between 220° to 235°, I push to the max if I want a quick extraction, otherwise 225° seems to be a good spot, with more closed airflow, for shorter pulls rather than long ones...
