I did try to charge mine with USB-c on a phone charger (2Amps) but as the flare indicates they are full, no more blinking signal on the display, i took batteries appart and place it in my external charger to check : 3.93V each instead of a full 4.20 for my 3 brand new unused batteries. i dunno...
