Anyone heard back from support in the last week?
Phil was supposed to give me a call to follow up on an issue last Friday, but haven't been able to reach him since then and haven't recieved an email response either.
This is definitely the area that will hold VXL back, don't know if Phil is the only customer service guy but they really need to up there game cause either hes overwhelmed or just not meant for CS personality wise, the few times Ive talked to him on the phone always feel like I'm imposing on him...

Just wanted to chime in here as Ive also faced ridiculous frustration with the replacement upgrade process. Had an original pre order cloud about 6 months before it crapped out and had to send for replacement. Besides the normal 3 week wait after they received the unit everything went alright...
Question for those of you who have upgraded an original unit to the could plus.
Is it just an upgrade on the unit you send in or are you getting an completely new unit?
Well I sent it in Monday so I definitely have, would be nice if they took care of there current customers first. Pay extra to get a working unit and existing customets are not even their top priority quite frustrating.

Damn sure hope so you'd think they could at least get a full time CS person with all the extra money there charging to get working quality units out...wonder if the turn around on repairs will be put on hold if there out of town as well.

Think my second cloud has died on me. Fired it up this morning and it went green for a few hits and went back to red.
Have tried unplugging and restarting a free times and at first it would start to get hot but never went green.
Now I turn it on it goes red for a couple minutes the starts...
