What is that stem not sure I have seen that one?

I keep taking from all these post, thanks to all. I think it’s time to join the talk. So I purchased these tubes the Inner diameter and outer diameter are almost the exact size as the original TM stem. The inner diameter may be a tad wider it’s hard to tell since it’s glass but this is fixed...
