Could it be the side heater lid holes drawing in heated air from around the coil? It would be interesting to swap in the old housing with the top air inlet to compare dry hits.

Just PSA for the pinch hitter bowl. I've found this kief shovel works the best out of all my scoops when loading flower or kief in the pinch hitter hybrid bowl. It's the perfect size and depth for loading smaller bowls with a wide/flat surface area...

The two ACE glass bowls I have on hand will friction fit the screens just fine (these shipped a while back when the bowl first became available). I would imagine it's hard to get the tolerances just right when working with glass but the one thing I suggest is to manually flatten out the screen...

I'm curious how everyone using the hybrid bowls manages the cleaning process. It appears the removal of the o-rings can damage them over time. Ideally there would be an access slot cut into the o-ring slots for easy removal/cleaning but in the current form these are nearly impossible to remove...

IPA soak and q-tip swab. The reason I'm testing has to do with a customer/FC member reporting the o-rings received from a warranty claim still bleed green pigment when swabbed with IPA. If you scroll up a bit you can read the comment on pg 59 of this thread.

Has anyone noticed titanium "dust" on the outside of the hybrid bowl glass insert? These marks are from the glass insert rubbing against the inside of the hybrid bowl as its wiggled out.

Just received replacement hybrid bowls (the first warranty claim they just sent out the o-rings). Testing the new hybrid bowls I notice an improvement in the way the glass insert sits. It now pops in and out with just the right amount of snugness. I'll need more time testing the o-rings in iso...

The only issue I had was the heater slipping off the bowl. It would be awesome to see an all glass microdose bowl as I found I was blowing through a lot more material than usual with the Ace bowl in its current form.

What about sourcing your own Viton o-rings? Does anyone know the ID/OD of the rings and a reputable source to order from online?

Yes, they sent out replacements, I had to first complete a warranty form. Once the form was filled out they sent an email to confirm my shipping address and complete the warranty order. As far as the lead time, it took a couple business days for me to get a response from the time I filled out...

I kinda feel like the all metal Ti bowl is passing my reach test after using the hybrid and glass options. From what I understand the CH Ti bowl doesn't get stuck because the bottom part that interfaces with the bowl is thicker. In my mind, I'm thinking there should be three all metal bowl...

Have you tried the all glass Ace bowl with the Screwball? IMO it seems like the glass bowl has the most even heating, however, it does seem to require a longer pre-heat (~15 seconds vs ~37 seconds from my own testing).
