I have NEVER had a bag that leaks in all of the years I have used Volcano...my guess would be 'a bad batch'...has to be. The quality of these bags are super I think. Anyway, good luck to you.

I still use my original bag and its over a year old...sure, its yellowish, still works fine. I have about 8 bags new...no reason to use a new one until it breaks I suppose. My guests use the new ones...I know which one is mine now. The ugly one.

My Bowle is not working at all....because I don't have one. How did I miss a sale on their website...I look almost everyday. I also have signed up a million times for their emails...I did not get one email saying to me they were in stock...so, my question. Did the Bowle go on sale on their site...

They are taking care of us...but, by now NO ONE should be having so many problems with this code crap...I use my Venty everyday and at night I use my Vapman. I really love the Venty and how smooth and open it is. But, my GOSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH ENOUGH already!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have this love hate relationship with my Venty...I love it and yet, I hate all of the work I have had to do since owning it. Its a pain in the ass when you are a patient. Anyway, I will have to get someone to help me with this update now. I know its for my benefit...our benefit. So...thanks.

I use INSTAGRAM to speak with them...and I would email them. I would ask them in as many places possible...they do everything themselves so, I always know that and I just wait for them...they always get back to you.

...there is a small learning curb when you are using the Vapman. At first, we do what is recommended and slowly you find the right rhythm of torching. Everyone does it differently and everyone gets a great result. Now, with the Station I can imagine that it is the same. Finding the right choice...

I LOVE MINE! It is PERFECT!!!! I would buy it...its superb! As far as the USA packaging they recognize that it sucked and are fixing the problem...soon not to be a problem. They are going to fix everything...they care.
