It's been mentioned multiple times, but you can have a Grasshopper in under a week from Vapefiend with free shipping. You pay about $30-$40 more than you would if you ordered directly from Hopper Labs, but you get it immediately and it carries the same warranty through Hopper Labs...

I thought about this, but I don't need the other items all that bad, don't want to pay separate shipping, and am holding out hope that the sleeve will be in sooner than later. I saw the post about the sleeve today and it makes me wonder how long they've been out of them!

Exactly... I have 2 batteries, a sleeve, shirt, front end, and 2 mouthpieces. All are on hold because of the one bloody sleeve.

I've been in communication for a couple weeks regarding my leather sleeve as well and every week I reach out they say "should be next week". I have pretty much quit reaching out. I do wish they would ship other components that are in stock that I also ordered in the meantime, though. Vapefiend...

This happened to me once. For some reason the FF kept climbing temp (blue light kept blinking) and combusted. I think I had let go of the buttons and repressed to reset the auto shutoff from what I remember. No issues since the update.

But isn't it just this as others have pointed out? Maybe I'm just too dumb to understand...

So this is what I don't understand. If you use 111% on medium or medium high, why wouldn't you just go to medium high or high instead? It seems as though it's accomplishing roughly the same thing give or take a few degrees.

I hear a lot of people say that they're going to "111%". I assume all who do this are doing it on high?

Have you tried to pull the battery and reset the FF? I would fully charge the battery, pull it, press the buttons (just to fully kill the FF), reinsert the battery, uninstall the app, reboot your phone, reinstall the app, and try again... If this doesn't work, then yes, call FF. I hope you have...

Based on your description of how you like to get down: "I am a bowl smoker and not a blunt smoker anymore" and "I was used to slowly smoking a bowl over a 30 minute period. If this thing could let me take a pull and put it down like that it would be a winner" ...the FF2 is definitely for you...
