Correct, this is one of the new features letting you know approximately how much residual heat is left.

If you keep the stem out in between pulls and let it cool down I'd say it effectively becomes 95:5. That's always an option whether using it in on demand or session mode.

Were you able to use the Proxy glass with the poby? The wooden piece is no bueno IMO and without a proper gasket at the bottom, you won't be getting any vapor whatsoever. I hope that's what the issue is for you. My Po'boy seems to be hitting fine and anything above the green temp is just too hot...

Are you using the wooden pipe? If so you might have the same air leak I had from the bottom.
