An additional bowl is basically being added which absorbs a lot of the heat itself. There is a notable difference with and without the DC in terms of vapor quality, production, and the temps that perform. On-demand mode at lower temps (350-370) is where I've witnessed this the most.

I took a few 1/2" stainless mesh screen bowls and covered them with a 16mm screen and it worked incredibly well. The vapor production and flavor was highly improved over the standard capsules. Of course there's no actual lid but I did take a pair of snips and cut down 2 sides of the mesh filter...

I removed the microdosing disc while using a capsule and the difference in vapor production and flavor is tremendous. Very surprised how much more vapor was produced starting at 360*. Got the disc soaking in ISO now then putting it away. No need for it.

The price is steep too for something so chintzy. You can get 40 dosing capsules for the mighty for $14 and they actually work.

I'm using the capsules with a totally stock, nothing removed Legacy Pro. Should I leave it like this with the capsules or should I make any changes?

I totally agree! It's like too much effort was put into aesthetics and fancying it up, that they lost sight of functionality. Simple pop on caps would've been so much better. Sometimes less is more.

I must've gotten lucky because all 6 of mine came right off. I used the tool inside the vape without a problem.

The Crafty capsules are a little bit taller and definitely hold more material. I tried to trim one of them down to see if they would fit but the material is so soft it bent the entire capsule attempting to cut it down to size with my dremmel. I do feel the Crafty capsules are much easier to get...

You do realize they're threaded, right? My Legacy Pro and capsules just arrived and the tops came off with ease using a small flat head screwdriver. I probably could've done it by hand in all honesty.

I always see videos of guys packing a fresh bowl and going straight to max temp I've always started low around 360*, take 4-5 hits, bump 10*, and repeat. For me this provides the purest flavor and longevity of the flower all while getting me baked.

I ordered the Legacy Pro and dosing capsules yesterday and just received a shipping notification in the US. Looks like it's coming from NY.
