100% agreed. Absolutely still a top tier vape, just not as forgiving as I'm used to when heating the Anvil or dyna.
Lately I've been doing two heat cycles with the tornado, aiming my torch just below the top ring for each cycle and waiting for both clicks on cooldown before I reheat. Keeps me...
100% agree with this - really wish they clicked a bit sooner, perhaps they were pushed to a higher temperature to align with the selling point of using an induction heater.
@chlorophyll_man Thanks a ton! I found my thermal discs didn't work great and I actually combusted twice. After several heatings I actually realized there are two discs (it seemed only one was clicking at first). Appreciate your write up here!!!
Doesn't help they're in the awkward spot of being sponsored by Dynavap... They had a mixup where they weren't sure if they should do their DV ads or jump into reviewing the Anvil. These boys are entertaining but I feel they MAY be influenced by their sponsors.
can you let the underdog preheat the stem prior to drawing? Maybe leave it on there for 15 or 20 sec and then draw to see if you can get some conduction heat going?
Unfortunately I believe this is a limitation of the glass stems. I've noticed the DV tips get some conduction heat from the heater when you let it sit on there for 10-15 sec prior to inhaling. This is preferred and doesn't require stirring. A big plus in moving to the woodscents from my e-nano!
Couldn't wait any longer for the lite kits to come back in stock... scooped a walnut kit off puffitup. Just gotta say that the full complete extraction plus the extra conduction you get with the TI tip is absolutely golden! Defeats the nano even though you can pack more into the e-nano... this...
