I don't even use the 510 side, and really like the CF Hybrid regardless. It's relatively small, full temp control, great airflow, and swappable 18650 make it a unit with lots of desirable traits.
On the downside, the bowl is kinda small, but good for 1-2 people.
I don't know specifically how stealth mode on the CF works; I just remember reading a post or hearing it in a live stream that the feature is included. I believe it just turns off the lights.

I'm not so sure the fins on the Mighty and Crafty are there for cooling. I believe it's more of a protection measure for the user as it's providing a buffer between the oven chamber and battery chamber(s) and the user's skin.
