I have been enjoying my tempest at half bowl for a while now, but I really did notice a step up in consumption - from 0.5g per day with a Revolve gen 2 and a gold fmj... to 1g per day with the Tempest half bowl... Idk why it took me so long to try a third bowl setting, with the mesh somewhere...

The one I have is 13cm diameter for the heated pad area, here is a pic with the saml straight fab It does have lots of different settings (three temps each for glass, metal and ceramic) but really it just covers from 55 to 85c in 5c increments.
