Would you mind @mcscruffy sharing your settings with the rubies, I.e. wand depth and wand timer / temp.? I still,struggle to get good flavour and dense clouds together.

After having checked the tariffs for buying a Simrell from Europe and waking up from fainting, I thought,I ask here if there are any plans to distribute them somewhen in the future directly from Europe.

@Caliban Sure, I am using 3mm rubies, airflow cap at about 1/3 open, same on stem, depth in the wand a bit higher than in the manual, heating up until time out at 230c. Higher temps, i.e. longer heating, destroys all the taste for me and the AVB is too dark. At 230c it is light brown. But vapor...

I am still experimenting and looking for the best taste, good vapor and a smooth experience. A bit struggling with the harshness of the vapor. If anyone has some ideas about that, would be very welcome. PS: using 3mm rubies btw.

How do you manage to put 44 x 3mm balls in the T2 chamber? I can barely fit 39. Looks like I am missing something..

I also tried to purchase one a while ago. Disregarding the automatic reply to my order I never heard from them again and chose to charge back the purchase amount (I did buy via PayPal). Also tried contacting them via E-Mail, but never got an answer. I hope nothing serious happened to the person...
