I used this video to take mine apart to remove the screen; Hardest part is finding a pin small enough for the holes they small!!

@666Honeybadger ive had this exact one for over 3 years and it’s perfect for 14g flower squishes or 10g bubble hash squishes in fact I just went through a monster 5 hour press session where I pressed 300 grams of last years bubble in 30 10g bags and got 100g of rosin back...

Just google “dark rosin from old bud” 95% chance that’s your answer like I said earlier, I highly doubt it’s reclaim or it’s trash. Anyways here in Canada the government store almost always sells old dry as a bone weed and more than 1/2 the time the rosin I press is just like you showed

Looks like regular rosin pressed off old dry stale flower to me nothing wrong with it if that’s what it is!

I honestly don’t remember although I probably used some multi strand wire that I unravelled and used just one single strand

your gonna have to take apart and soak the screen again, I can’t remember what I used, a piece of wire or pin or something (was a few years ago) but you’re gonna have to clear every hole

You gotta put enough liquid to completely cover your weed

Never grind the flowers the oil turns green if you do.

I never fold the corners in just trim and fold the top over stand it up straight and slam it between the plates

If your gonna go through with this and need a home torch, pick up a regular torch tip and regular 10” propane bottle… for the price and how long it lasts you’ll thank me later !

Out of the blue youtube recommended me this video on testing potency; Guy tested flower at 30% then tested rosin from that flower at 67% Not sure how valid his results are but it's pretty cool!!!

Ok dumb question time lol. I usually see rosin at let’s say for example 75% thc and flower at 25% Is there a way to approximate the % thc of rosin you press yourself?

Never used a nugsmasher but my DabPress 4ton is almost 3 years old and has never had a single problem

Just go with the cheapest 6” tall mini bubbler but make sure you get a titanium nail as the glass ones they come with will break after 4 or 5 uses… also don’t buy one of those expensive small butane torches grab a regular propane torch it’s WAY cheaper and lasts WAY longer
