I've got a Simrell Vortex and an Edge adapter on the way to my place. I had a POTV One, but got rid of it - hppefully I'll be getting my hands on an Edge soon, but until then can anyone who has their vortex hooked up to their fury compare it to other stem options?
But, does it not quickly restrict airflow? I can live with using a screen on top of my material, but maybe the top hat screens posted earlier in this thread could work for what I have in mind...
Anyone else having problems with their Tera's WPA screen getting clogged? My piece necessitates holding the vape upside down for the whole session, and when I try to take off the WPA to stir after a few hits, I invariably find the WPA's screen clogged or blocked by the top layer of flower. To...
This really sounds like a beast of a portable. How's it compare to the Edge? Does the replaceable battery make that much of a difference in battery life/heat up time?
Also how the hell does the cooling unit work?
I'm so glad I got this thing. Thanks everyone for the suggestions, I'm thinking about getting a Sneaky Pete Hula stem, I'm told they fit and cool the vapor pretty well.
I got mine used, so it only came with the bent glass MP and four dosing caps. Conceptually, I really like the look and pocketability of the standard mouthpiece, but I'm happy with what I've got rn. :)
My One and dosing caps are getting here by the end of the week. Super pumped to get it, any must-have accessories? I got the bent glass stem (for convection on water, I use my Tera, the One will probably be more of a walking-to-class vape), any cases, mods etc I should consider?
Thanks! I imagine you unscrewed the screen holder and took out the screen before you drilled, did you clamp it facing downward (like how you need to hold the Tera in glass)? Looking forward to opening my WPA airflow up.
I see! In that case, I'll probably drill out my WPA like you did. Haven't been able to find a way to hold the circular WPA under a drill press though, especially facing it downwards for drilling. Any more details on the process for that?
