The heater plates are visible inside the Camo caps and the Injector housing. The last heater plate in the stack is laser welded in place, so we do not want to attempt to remove the heater plates. Disassembly is not intended.

Here's some Camouflet Banger highlights from Sneaky Pete's livestream. The Banger is a new and unique way to dab concentrates. When paired with the Inductor you can achieve a traditional torch dabbing experience in seconds with a flame-less setup & environment. With the added mass from the metal...
We've found that 550-600F with a 5-10 minute heat soak when pairing with and enail coil is ideal for darker roasts. You'll want to adjust temperature settings slightly according to your draw speed and the depth of the screen in the bowl you're using. A smooth/steady draw is recommended, if you'd...
The Camouflet heater matrix found in the Convector series and Injector is comprised of heater plates made of a specific stainless steel alloy that is optimal for induction heating compatibility. The heater plates have tiny holes throughout, creating a matrix design for the air to weave through...
Glad to hear you're enjoying the Convector!
The standard Convector will fit all induction heaters on the market. The Convector XL cap has a 15mm diameter for reference.
All good, no need for apologies. What you're describing is not related to the threading/connection of the handle to the heater, but rather the tightness of the nut and bolt in the handle itself.

Convector XL and Wand: 10-12 blinks from cold start when used native. Less heat/blinks for subsequent reheats. 11-13 blinks from cold start when paired with glass. Remove the ceramic tube when pairing with glass for better airflow. Make sure the Wand batteries are fully charged for best results.
Once you become more comfortable with heating you can try adding some heat to the side walls of the the Camo cap/chamber as well. This will preheat the chamber and result in more heat retention = less heat calories lost to the cold chamber. Do 1x full pass around the circumference of the...

"Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it."
Without knowing all the variables of your Convector XL ritual, our guess is that you're over-packing the chamber and/or the material is packed too tightly in the chamber. Start with a medium/coarse grind instead of a fine grind. Material with a good amount of moisture is best vs dry/crumbly...
