Remember when baseball cards sets came plastic wrapped and they were considered "factory sealed"? Same concept; plastic wrap = makes you believe no tampering was done with the product from original manufacturing and it's factory new and not returned , etc. On to hit #9 and bed for sure.

My USB was really tight too at first. I forced it in and it fit snugly. Like other posts I noticed it is getting easier to plug it in as I am playing with it a bit. I would also recommend you try another USB cable if you have another one to see if it could just be a misshapen cord connector...

I just received an email letting me know my order has finally shipped from VaporNation. Hopefully everyone else that ordered the ESV will have their product shipped today as well.

@sasNW How do you know when a new upgrade is available? I also just spoke with VaporNation and they expect to receive the ESVs today or tomorrow. Fingers crossed as I want to be vaping this weekend.
