Any suggestions on reaching Dynavap's customer service? I have tried there form at their website, but no luck.

As much as I want to buy something I am going to wait until the new Omni XL comes out. I really want an Omni, but with my luck a new one will come out next month.

Close to pulling the trigger on one of these units. The pods are very easy to find in Maryland. Can you swap the pods and go back and forth or do you need to finish a pod before changing it? Never tried concentrates before, so the whole experience will be new.

Without going through water, what stem do you think will give you the coolest vapor? Wondering if one of the 4" glass stems without a carb hole would provide the coolest vapor?

Someone just needs to start making a precut disk of the degummed hemp fibre. I would just put one in against the screen and change it out when needed. Almost like a cigarette filter, but in small slivers.
