I agree.......I've seen a lot of people that were very hesitant to try a vaporizer due to being almost intimidated by the big bag systems. When I show them how easy to use the SSV is, they only want to use it more and more.
Seems like every time I go out to the bar, someone offers to smoke me out. When I tell them that I don't smoke anymore, they look at me like I must have lost my mind. Then I show them a pic on my phone with the SSV and they understand me when I tell them "Fuck Combustion". Then they ask to come...
I was told (by 7'th floor) that if the ceramic heater did go bad, the cost to replace it is around $35.00
I have mine on 24/7 now and it hasn't lost a bit of performance.
I'm thinking about switching to a 24mm HC/W and I noticed they offer a "tension clip" style stand. Anyone have this type and if so, how are they compared to the shim type?
I used regular rustoleum spray paint and clear coat. I let it dry for a week before I attached it to the silver part. It might not need a week, but i live in a very moist climate. You shouldn't smell any paint after some time in the sun.
I wouldn't mind at all. I love to see custom paint. I too cheaped out when I got mine but, in my defense, the other option was red and yellow. Would've looked great at a hot dog stand. :D
SSV is the only way I'll go. I like the hands free GonG because it lets me carb my bong and not have to worry about holding wand in place. After destroying my throat over the years from combusting, the SSV has given me a new era of tasty hits without the brutal coughing fits.
Reason to vape: I no longer appear to be a lightweight (like I can't handle my hits) when having a session with friends, just because my throat is burning like I inhaled an acid cloud of schwag, and can't endure any more abuse.
I can vape all I want and rarely do I even cough. It's really is...
I moved from Florida to California for some good reasons. One of which is the trade off of hurricanes for earthquakes. At least the quakes are over after a few second/minutes.
